Abstract Submission

Deadline for abstract submission is late September 2025.

General Guidelines for Abstract Submission:

Any physician may submit an abstract for consideration. Membership in MAGOS is not required for any presenting author or co-author noted on the submission. Author disclosures for the presenting author and all other authors must be declared at the time of abstract submission.

Submitted abstracts must represent new, unpublished data at the time of submission.

Abstract Document Instructions:

  • Abstract title

  • List of authors and affiliations

  • Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion sections

  • One table or figure may be included

  • Abbreviations are allowed, but non-standard abbreviations should be clearly defined

  • Submit as a MS Word document (.docx or .doc) or as a PDF (.pdf)

  • Word limit = 350 (excluding title and list of authors)

  • Abstracts already formatted for submission to the Society of Gynecological Oncology Annual Meeting are acceptable
